I am getting ready to start Le Nouveau Sampler. I don't like the model fabric, but I am puzzled by what it would look good on. I've thought about
Silkweaver's Woodland Green, Wichelt's Laurel or Twilight
Blue, and Legacy Linen Soft Willow. I'm not sure about any of them,
though, and I'd love opinions and suggestions.

I like both of those colors, but not sure they would look right for Le NS. There are a LOT of different greens in the chart, so it may be a little too much on
green fabric. I would do a floss toss with the colors to see how they looked as some of the greens are greeny-blue and some are yellowy-green. It may just work
though! That being said, I stitched mine on Buttercream (a yellowy-white) and my friend Tarja stitched hers on Summer Khaki. Here's mine:

Those both look nice. I'm pretty sure I want a green though. I've thrown it up on the fabric viewer, and I'm liking green backgrounds the best. I
guess I have some more time to think about it, since I decided to start Middy instead, and I may start Rose!
