Needlecraft corner will have the magazine, threads and cloth for sale, too.
I knew I should have subscribed! Maybe this will finally get me to do that. I will not be using that cloth and I will be substituting Crescent Colors. I am not starting another thread collection. |

If ACMoore doesn't have it today when I'm shopping then I will stop at Barnes & Noble. I will worry about kitting it up later.
Threads will change. I want more definition and brightness in my blossoms. The petals look washed out and blobby with colors that I don't usually associate with sunflowers. |

I am probably just going to eyeball the conversions or base them on older patterns: like seeing what CC greens Nora used on her other designs. I haven't
looked for conversions online yet but sure, once I have a mix I will post it.

Here's a picture of the Valdani floss for this project. It is much prettier in person than the photo. I think a lot of why the photo of her in the magazine looks so dull is because of the fabric used. I think she will be much prettier when done on a different fabric. Just thought you might like to see the floss! Mary E

Thank you for that close up. The colors do look better by themselves than on the stitched design on that cloth. Right off I can think of GAST and Weeks that
would work for many of them.

The floss colors are really pretty. I'd love to see a conversion though because i don't want to get the Valdani's. I already have a full collection
