Congratulations to all these HDs floatin around in here!! Beautiful work! It inspired me to dig out one of mine and push to get her finished- still a long way
off though. Anyone wanna join me in a SAL? I'm working on Mermaid of the Pearls and have about half the stitching done, anybody else working on a Mermaid?

I have finished two mermaids this year (Bluebeard's Princess and Mermaid of Atlantis) and now Mediterranean Mermaid is looking very enticing. I just got
everything I need for it this week. I'll join in!

I am about 2/3 finished Enchanted Mermaid. I'm not working on anything else until I finish her.

I'm waiting for my lns to get the special fibers for Bluebeards and then I'm starting her as well. My goal is to get MOTP done before they come in lol.
What fabric did you choose for her? I went with Thyme linen by Wichelt, but not sure if I'd like the jobelan version better.
Has anyone stitched all of them yet? What a feat! |

I'd like to join a mermaid sal.
I have BBP and Waiting for Ships as wip's, am concentrating on BBP at the moment. I also have a whole heap more including Medi to start when I'm done with BBP

I finished up the skin on MOTP last nite and am working on the blob of pearls she's carrying. After that it's onto her tail |

I was only able to stitch on Friday evening. We were out all day on the 4th, and I was working today. However, I did make great progress beading the section
I'm trying to finish. Just a little more beading (maybe a half hour) and I'll take a pic. Then I can move on to the bottom section of Enchanted's
tail.

I spent quite a bit of time stitching Mediterranean Mermaid this weekend, but I don't think it's ready for a WIP picture. I thought I'd have more
done but what I did stitch (the middle top fin and some of the fins below it was definitely fun and the colors are just luscious.

Yes I am working on her! I work at home (science writing) and while I'm waiting for approval on an article I just submitted, I am stitching away! I
can't wait to get enough done to post a WIP picture so you can see how beautiful the colors are.

I got a lot done yesterday! All the fins in the middle are done except for beading and I am moving down her body towards the tail. I really love stitching
this mermaid.

The stitching on the body is now done and I've made progress on her tail fin. I'm not sure I like all colors of the beads (not a fan of grey) and
I'm thinking I will pay a visit to the bead store this weekend.

I finished the tail fin and headed out to the bead store. I can't believe how many different shades of each color they have! I was able to get some
gorgeous colors that I wanted that are not available in Mill Hill.

I am currently working on Mermaids of the Deep Blue. After spending six months on TW's Tradewinds, I was ready for a Mirabilia fix! I started the mermaids
a couple of weeks ago, so all that I have done right now are the arms, face and hair of the mermaid on the right.
I picked a blue with hints of purple hand dyed fabric from Silkweaver that I had in my stash (can't remember the name of the colour right now). I'm still in the SAL! I've taken out my Waiting for Ships WIP and hope to finish it this month.
Here she is. I plan to redo the face a little.
