I've been browsing on this Web site for about half a year now looking at tips and ideas and figured I should join in the fun. I write the title as such since I live in both places during the year. I've been seriously cross stitching for about four a half years now (to the disappointment of my mother who is a quilter) and have found it's one of the few large project crafts that won't take up half of your shoebox of a dorm room. My first Mirabilia project was Cottage Garden Fairy and since then I've been hooked. While I do a few projects outside of the Mirabilias, they are still my favorite patterns to work with. Currently I'm working on Waiting for Ships, but haven't done too much on it. Most of my time is absorbed with the Maidens of the Seasons I & II which I am doing together on one piece of fabric. I would probably have more projects, but I live on a limited college budget and really can't ever do more than two to three projects at a time. Once I get the chance, I'll add a photo of my MOTS project.
