I've found that gridding really helps me with the Mira and L&L designs, but like everyone says, it takes a long time, especially when you're
anxious to get started. Has anyone tried basting with a sewing machine on the longest stitch setting? I'm thinking that when it's time to remove it,
it may be easy to pull the under thread out and then the top thread.

Has anyone tried this?

I have read somewhere in this forum that it's easier to work with Petite treasure braids than kreinik. I am working on a few designs that call for #4
braids. I am wondering if i can replace these with Petite treasure braids. The designs calls for 1 strand of #4 kreinik. Do i use one strand of PB as well?
Does PB only have one size? I'd like to hear what you guys think and your experiences. Thanks.
